I don't know about you but I was really sick of going to women networking groups and talking about closing the wage gap.

It occurred to me one day that the underlying theme of what everyone was saying was a lack of confidence. So the best way I thought to help close this gap was to highlight women who are confident and proud founded by their experiences, accomplishments, and knowledge. We call this being a "Lady with Lions." You'll hear the term "use your lions" a lot here. It means get that self-doubt and negativity out of your mind. Walk with confidence so high it’s like walking into a room with lions on leashes. Own it, sister. Have the confidence as if your Beyonce on the Coachella runway.

Everyone's story is unique but it's the feelings within the story we resonate and connect with. Regardless of the noise and negativity around us, we, together, can have the same confidence as a man walking into a boardroom.
